The mission of Village At Home is to build a supportive community for all ages, with an initial focus on providing activities and services to older adults and persons with disabilities* so that they may have the practical means and the confidence to live full lives in their homes and neighborhoods.
* This includes persons with temporary illnesses or conditions as well as persons with permanent disabilities.
